Please visit the Info Commons page and log in to UpToDate to verify your CUSM affiliation.

Verify your UpToDate Account

1. Visit the CUSM Information Commons website at Information Commons
2. Select the Database link located in the Resources box.
3. Select the letter U and click on the UpToDate link.
4. You may be directed to log in with CUSM Net ID (the same login used to log in to your laptop)
5. Login at the top right corner of the page using your UpToDate login.
6. You might have to change your password in UpToDate. 

Unable to Login to UpToDate

1. Under your login, select the Need help Log-in link.
2. Add your email address to the pop-up box and click the send request button.
3. Check your spam or junk mail for an UpToDate email to reset your password.
4. Access UpToDate via the CUSM Info Commons page at least once every 90 days. This will automatically re-verify your affiliation, and you will not receive any re-verification messaging. This method requires no UpToDate login.
