How to troubleshoot VitalSource login issues.
- The verification email comes from email@mail.vitalsource.com. Run a search for VitalSource in your inbox. You may also need to check your archive, deleted items, junk, spam, and trash folders.
- Second, click on the "Forgot password" button on http://online.vitalsource.com to be sent a password reset link. From here, you should be able to log in, re-launch your Bookshelf and then watch the books populate your Bookshelves. You may also update your account to reflect your CUSM email.
